"Carmen"
Carmen is an elegant bi-blue bitch who
attracts attention wherever she goes. The markings on her face
combined with one black eye and one blue eye give her that "exotic"
look.
In the summer of 1998, Carmen took Best
Puppy in Sweeps at both the Mid-Florida Shetland Sheepdog Specialty
Show and at the Tampa Bay Area Shetland Sheepdog Specialty Show.
On July 8, 2001 she took Best of Breed from the classes at the
Greater Venice DC Show. On December 1, 2001 she took her first
Major and on May 16, 2003 she took her second Major to finish
her Championship title.
Carmen has been busy in the Agility
ring too! She earned her AKC Novice Agility Standard title and
Novice Jumpers With Weaves title in 2001.
Carmen is also proud of her kids. Angel and Brooke
are competing in conformation and are AKC Pointed, Carly
is competing at the Excellent Agility level and Molly
is competing in obedience.
Carmen is now retired and living with
her good friend Jeanine McFarland. |
