"Robbie"
Robbie is a performance dog extraordinaire!
Agility is his favorite activity, and on the weekend of 9/16
and 9/17/06 he helped celebrate his human Mom's birthday by earning
his 120th AKC double-Q for his MACH6 title, and then polishing
off the weekend by adding QQ #121. At the 2006 AKC Agility National
Championship competition, he finished #18 out of the 173 super
agility dogs in his size group from all around the country, making
Mom very proud indeed!
Robbie doesn't discriminate where agility
is concerned, and also has titles in USDAA, NADAC, and TDAA agility,
and was one of the first dogs in the country to earn UKC's Grand
Agility Champion titles.
In the obedience ring, Robbie has a
UD title and now is working on the Rally side, with a Rally Excellent
and several legs toward the RAE title.
Our next challenge, though, is in herding,
where Robbie has one leg toward the PT title, and is aiming for
Started Sheep this fall season. Although only 14" tall,
Robbie is definitely the leader of his sheltie pack and is well
able to keep those big woolies in line, so look for us at AKC
herding trials in 2006 and 2007. |
